City Bible College, in partnership with Portland Bible College, offers live, in-person instruction through CTC Pastors and Leaders. With one evening class per night. (Monday–Thursday at 6pm) Our flexible schedule is designed for those eager to deepen their understanding of God’s Word without disrupting their daily responsibilities.

Students may enroll for credit or audit at a discounted rate.

Rooted in theological depth and practical application, CBC exists to grow biblical literacy and equip students with confidence in their faith journey.

• Basic Doctrine: Monday

• Pauline Epistles (Prison Epistles- Ephesians, Philippians, Colossians, Philemon) (Pastor Phillip Iloff): Tuesday

• New Testament Survey (Elder Andy Torres): Thursday
