City Bible College, an affiliate of Portland Bible College, is designed to be more than just a classroom experience. Our goal is to create an environment centered on education, formation, impartation, and activation. We desire to see students not only gain biblical knowledge, but also be spiritually formed, strengthened in character, equipped in leadership, and activated into their God-given calling. Our program is designed for students to obtain a theology degree from Portland Bible college in two years through in-person instruction while gaining valuable hands-on ministry experience. Our program combines academic excellence with practical ministry training to prepare students for effective leadership and lifelong service.
