Use this form to request a room for meetings, counseling, small groups, trainings, or other gatherings that do not require additional ministry or department support.

Submitting this form does not guarantee approval. Room assignments are based on availability, attendance, setup needs, and overall campus scheduling.

If your gathering requires Production, Worship, Communications, Guest Services, Hospitality, Safety/Security, or other department support, please complete the Event Request Form instead.
